Events in Surrounding Area

Saint Luke Productions' latest drama is returning to the Northwest next month: Tolton: From Slave to Priest, starring Jim Coleman in the role of Father Tolton. A one-man show, with a large screen for multiple characters who interact with Coleman, much like Saint Luke's Vianney and Faustina. With faith, Father Tolton beat incredible odds to become the first black priest in the U.S. His message of perseverance, hope, and forgiveness is profoundly inspiring. "That they all may be one" from the Gospel of John is the primary theme. Our own family has found "Tolton" to also be an excellent springboard for discussing how best we should relate to others who are different from us -- perhaps your families will too.
